Hey sis, I’m Ash 👋🏾 — a proud Jamaican-American, mama to a lively 6-year-old boy, and the woman behind Authentically Ash. I created this space because I know what it feels like to go through life changes that leave you searching for yourself all over again.
I’ve walked through loss — becoming widowed and saying goodbye to my grandma, who raised me and was like a second mom. Those moments could have broken me, but instead they became the start of a new chapter. My faith in Jesus Christ has been my anchor through it all, and with the help of therapy, I’ve been able to heal, grow, and rebuild myself piece by piece.
This blog is part of that journey. Authentically Ash is a safe space for women to laugh, cry, learn, and glow together. Here, nothing is off-limits: we talk spirituality, self-improvement, fashion, beauty, tea & headlines, and yes — the real stuff like sex, love, and relationships.
